Summary
Mexico Juba is a single-origin coffee from the Montaña Alta region of Guerrero, Mexico, produced by Indigenous Me'phaa communities across Iliatenco, Malinaltepec, Paraje Montero, and Ojo de Agua. Grown at 1,500–1,800 masl on small shaded farms with a natural canopy of timber and fruit trees. Varieties include Mundo Novo, Typica, Bourbon, Costa Rica 95, and Colombia. Processed using the Natural method with a light-medium roast, suited for filter brewing. Tasting notes: chocolate truffle, red apple, and white strawberry.
