Summary
Sundrop is a natural processed coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil, produced by Daterra farm. Grown at 1200 meters altitude using Yellow Bourbon variety, the coffee undergoes a unique process where cherries are dried on the branch before harvesting during the dry season. It offers a velvety mouthfeel with sweetness of caramel and dried fruit, complemented by notes of prune, apricot, nutty praline, orange blossom, and jasmine, resulting in an elegant and sweet profile with low acidity.
