Summary

Kayon Mountain is a natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family. Grown at 2145 meters altitude, this coffee features Mixed Heirloom varieties. It offers a velvety, round cup with pronounced sweetness, presenting flavour notes of ripe strawberry, caramel, black tea, and soft stone fruit. The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm spans 500 hectares with 300 hectares planted in coffee, located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa in the Shakiso district. The coffee is roasted as an espresso.
