Kabingara Ab

Summary

Kabingara AB is a washed coffee from Kirinyaga, Kenya, produced by the Kabingara Factory, a washing station owned by the Karithathi Farmers Cooperative Society. Over 800 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at approximately 1750 meters altitude. The coffee consists of SL28 and SL34 varietals. The cup profile features juicy currant, cranberry, and apple notes with defined acidity balanced by caramel and nougat sweetness, and a long creamy finish reminiscent of rooibos tea. The coffee is roasted as an omniroast suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
