Earth Coffee from Daterra farm in Cerrado, Brazil. Made from Bourbon variety beans processed using a natural method where cherries are dried on the branch before harvesting to maximise sweetness. This results in a velvety sweetness with smooth notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and fig. Grown at 1200 meters altitude. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparations.
