Banko Gotiti
Summary
Banko Gotiti coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced by the Banko Gotiti Cooperative (founded in 2012, approximately 300 members). The coffee is made from Mixed Heirloom varieties grown at an altitude of 2100 meters among lush forests. Processed using the Natural method: whole cherries are sorted, rinsed, and dried on raised beds for 8-25 days. The cup profile is expressive, silky, and deep with berry sweetness, featuring notes of blackberry jam, vanilla, black tea, caramel, apple blossom, and bergamot with tangy acidity. Roasted for both espresso and filter.
