Summary

A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region, produced by around 50 smallholder farmers in collaboration with the Bishan Wate Washing Station. Grown at 1900-2350 masl, this lot features Ethiopian heirloom varieties. The coffee undergoes a special preparation with selective harvesting, floating, depulping, a 48-hour fermentation, and drying on raised beds for about 21 days. It offers a layered and intense cup with notes of bergamot, candied orange, and chamomile, and is very sweet.
