Single origin coffee from Finca La Luisa in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, Colombia, produced by the Vélez Family. The coffee is of the Caturra variety and undergoes a Honey Carbonic Maceration process with added strawberry, involving a double carbonic maceration in pressurised stainless steel tanks over 8 days followed by 5 days of drying. Flavour profile features strawberry, raspberry, yoghurt, and gummy bears with a sweet and creamy body. The coffee is roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
