Summary
Italiana 80' is an espresso blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta from Brazil (Alta Mogiana) and Uganda (Wakiso District). Naturally processed and dark roasted, it delivers an intense, creamy cup with dark chocolate, walnut and cocoa notes, very low acidity and full body. Designed for a classic Italian espresso style, it works well both solo and with milk.
