Summary

Munyinya Washed Bourbon is a specialty coffee from Burundi's Gitega region, produced by Long Miles Coffee from 232 smallholder farmers on Munyinya Hill. The Bourbon variety is fully washed processed at Bukeye Washing Station, with cherries floated, hand-sorted, fermented, washed, and slow-dried on raised African beds. Grown at 1,700–2,100 masl, the cup offers bright red fruit, citrus clarity, delicate florals, and a refined tea-like structure with a clean finish.
