Summary
Italo Disco is ST. ALi's Italian-inspired espresso blend made from Brazilian and Indian coffees, processed washed and natural. Roasted in Melbourne, it is full-bodied and built to cut through milk, with notes of dark chocolate, spice and toasted almond. Rich and bittersweet with a refined roast character, it is designed for stovetop moka pot brewing and also works well as espresso.
