Shantawene G1
Summary
Shantawene G1 is a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region, milled at the Shantawene washing station which works with 940 smallholder producers. Grown at 1,920-2,020 metres above sea level from JARC Selection varietals. The natural process brings extra fruitiness and a smooth, lingering sweetness. Roaster's notes of lemon, floral and sherbet: bright and fruit-forward with lively lemon acidity, delicate florals and a sweet sherbet character. Roasted light-medium.
