Summary

Practical Magic Autumn Blend is a seasonal blend from Sightseer Coffee combining Ethiopia and Honduras. The Ethiopian component comes from the Dumerso washing station in Yirgacheffe, run by sisters Hirut and Mahder Berhanu. The Honduran half comes from Manos de Mujer, a program of the APROCOMSA co-op in Marcala, where lots are organically farmed and traceable to the women who grew them. Altitudes range from 1960+ meters in Ethiopia to 1200-1700 meters in Honduras. Processes are washed and natural. Tasting notes include chocolate cake, dried apricot, and warming spices, with a bright fruit lift and a hint of red wine.
