Sightseer

Sightseer is a specialty coffee roaster in Austin, Texas, roasting since 2021 with a mission as bold as its blends. Founders Sara and Kimberly run the women- and queer-owned company, sourcing exclusively from women growers and co-ops — because when women hold the decision-making power, communities thrive. Expect fresh-crop single origins and playful blends like Banshee and Space Cowboy, roasted in-house. You can order online (free US shipping over $50) or stop by their coffee bar on South 1st for seasonal drinks and house-made syrups. Delicious, equitable, and unapologetically fun.
