Summary

This washed Bourbon coffee comes from producers in the Muramvya region of Burundi, processed at the Ninga Hill washing station owned by Long Miles Coffee Project. Grown at 1800-2000 MASL, the coffee features delicate lemon acidity with brown sugar and date sweetness, with a light body and sweet finish. The Bourbon cherries undergo a 12-hour dry fermentation before being rinsed and dried on raised beds for 16-20 days.
