Summary

This washed Bourbon from the Muramvya region of Burundi is produced by the Long Miles Coffee Project and Ninga Hill producers. Grown at 1800-2000 MASL. Cherries are hand-picked, floated, de-pulped, fermented for 12 hours, rinsed, and dried on raised beds for 16-20 days. Cup profile features delicate lemon acidity with brown sugar sweetness and notes of raw sugar and dates. Light roast.
