This washed Bourbon from Burundi's Muramvya region was produced by The Long Miles Coffee Project in partnership with Ninga Hill producers. Grown at 1800-2000 MASL, the Bourbon variety coffee underwent a washed process with hand-picked cherries, 12-hour dry fermentation, and drying on traditional African raised beds for 16-20 days. In the cup, it offers delicate lemon acidity with brown sugar and date sweetness, featuring a light body and clean, sweet finish.
