Wilder Garcia is a third-generation coffee producer from Jaén, Peru. He owns 23 hectares of land, 16 of which are dedicated to coffee production. The Garcia family has been cultivating coffee since 1970. Today, Wilder and his family are guided by a business vision that prioritizes social and environmental responsibility. Wilder is renowned for producing a diverse range of varieties. From traditional varieties such as Typica and Catimor, as well as newer or rare varieties like Caturra, Pacamara, Gesha, Java and more. For all varieties, Wilder focuses on processing using conventional methods, but with an elevated edge such as adopting new spacing systems and advanced pruning techniques (skeletal pruning) to increase yields for certain varieties.
