Summary

A washed coffee from Bolivia, produced by Marcial Huanca at Finca Palmar in the Caranavi region. Grown from the Java variety (an Ethiopian landrace selection), it is processed using the washed method: depulped, fermented, and carefully dried. The cup offers honey sweetness with delicate white and yellow floral notes, very low acidity, and a gentle, round finish. Roasted as an omniroast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
