A Panamanian coffee from the Elida Estate, produced by Wilford Lamastus in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete. Grown at 1,670-1,950 meters above sea level, this Catuai variety is processed using anaerobic slow dry (ASD) method, involving 5 days of anaerobic fermentation and 23 days of slow drying. The cup is complex and fruit-forward with notes of plum, rosewater, blackberry, and port. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
