Single-origin filter coffee from Pegasing, Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia, produced by Hendra Maulizar. The farm, started by his father Hamdan, has grown to 10 hectares and includes a wet mill, gravity washing channels and raised beds. Varieties are Abbysinia, Catimor and Typica, processed using natural carbonic maceration. Tasting notes include guava, plum and watermelon. Suitable for AeroPress, Chemex, V60 and French press.

- 1.Insert the paper filter and rinse with hot water.
- 2.Add the coffee and lightly level the coffee bed.
- 3.Bloom: pour 45 g of water and wait 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 4.Then pour up to 300 g in 2-3 even intervals.
Total brew time should not exceed 3 minutes.
