Don Tacho is a filter coffee from Costa Rica, produced by Luis 'Tacho' Anastasio Castro at the Juanachute Micromill. Made from Catuai variety beans processed using the Red Honey method, where beans are de-pulped, coated with mucilage, and dried on raised beds for about 25 days. Flavour notes include yellow plum, tangerine, and apple cider, with additional tasting notes of honey and chocolate. The coffee has a medium body and medium sweetness with a lush and velvety texture.
