Summary

This single origin coffee comes from smallholder farms surrounding the village of Wush Wush in the Keffa region of Ethiopia. Produced with the help of Dinkalem Ademe and his washing station, the coffee is naturally processed and dried on raised beds for approximately 30 days. The cup features notes of jasmine, kiwi, honey, and riesling with a lush ripe fruit acidity and a very sweet, soft mouthfeel. Cultivated varieties include 74110 and 74112, along with Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Grown at 1,912 meters above sea level.
