Grown from indigenous Heirloom varieties at 1993-2150m, it is decaffeinated using the sugarcane (EA) method by Coffein Compagnie in Germany. The light roast highlights dried apricot, golden syrup and shortbread with citrus and stone fruit character, syrupy sweetness, and layered notes of lychee, cinnamon, pineapple, cola and ginger.
