Summary

This Ethiopian coffee comes from the high-altitude Guji zone in the Hambela Wamena region, grown by smallholder farmers in natural coffee gardens under shade trees without chemicals. The washed processing results in a clean, vibrant profile with notes of jasmine, peach, black tea, lime and bergamot. It features a light, tea-like body with bright, citrusy acidity. The coffee is made from heirloom Ethiopian varieties grown at 2000–2200 meters elevation.
