The plantations sit at 920–1100m on fertile dolerite clay and alluvial soils, and a strict 7–8 year replanting rotation keeps the bushes young and healthy. The flavor is balanced and complex, with green apple, citrus, and black tea notes, a creamy silky body, and a floral, citrus finish.
