This coffee comes from the Tierra Madre Mujeres project in Jinotega, Nicaragua, where 125 women coffee growers produce this organic, Rainforest Alliance certified coffee. Grown at 1300 meters above sea level, the Caturra and Bourbon varieties are washed processed. The cup is characterized by notes of caramel, nougat, and cinnamon, with a citric acidity, creamy body, and honey finish.
