Summary
A washed coffee from Kenya's Kirinyaga region, grown at 1,900 meters on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Produced from small plots by local farmers, processed at the Gikirima washing station with a meticulous washed method including overnight fermentation and extended drying on raised beds. Varieties include SL28, Ruiru 11, and Batian. Cup profile features dulce de leche, floral notes, and sugar cane, with balanced acidity and a silky body.
