Etiopía Daniso Horise Natural Espresso
Summary
Etiopía Daniso Horise Natural Espresso is a specialty coffee from the Shanta Wene region of Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced by Daniso Horise. Grown at 1950 meters above sea level, this Heirloom variety is processed using the natural method. The cup profile features blackcurrant, red grape, and cherry, with sweet acidity, creamy body, and a chocolate finish. Daniso Horise inherited the family farm 16 years ago and practices careful, conscious agriculture, receiving support from the Lalisaa project by Sucafina Ethiopia. The cherries are hand-picked and dried on raised beds for 15 to 22 days.
