A washed single-origin coffee from Hugo Pareja's farm Inka Rumi in the Incahuasi valley, Cusco, Peru, grown at 2450 meters above sea level. The coffee is predominantly Caturra and Bourbon varieties. As a filter brew it offers a bright and creamy cup with citrus-like acidity, juicy gooseberries, white grapes and mixed stone fruits. As espresso it presents syrupy mouthfeel with mixed berry notes and a lingering peach and apricot aftertaste.
