A sweet and balanced washed coffee from Rwanda, produced by Jean Marie Vianney (JMV) Usekanabagoyi and processed at the Ngoma washing station in Nyamasheke. The cherries are density-sorted, pre-fermented, depulped, and fermented in water, then dried on raised beds. Notes of panela, dried apricot, and plum.
