Single origin coffee from Puebla, Mexico, produced by Grupo Puhuac, a group of small-scale producers in Zapotitlán de Méndez. Grown at 1,100-1,800 masl under forest canopy. Varieties include Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, and Garnica. Washed process. Light roast with tasting notes of red apple, hazelnut, and cocoa, plus hints of cranberry, orange zest, and baking spice. Well-balanced and versatile for any brew method.
