Summary
Aged Sumatra Semiga 7 is a special aged coffee from producers Lisa and Leo in the Silimakuta sub-growing region of Simalungun, Sumatra, Indonesia. The coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation in bags after pulping and was wet-hulled. After 7 years of aging, the coffee developed a deep, heavy profile with notes of hickory, cedar firewood, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, butter, and tobacco. About 70% of the beans are small peaberries.
