The beans undergo wet-hulling (Giling Basah) processing and are aged in warehouses for 2-5 years, creating a heavy, deep profile with enhanced mouthfeel. Tasting notes include hickory, cedar, dark chocolate, spice, camphor, mushroom, and tobacco. This coffee is reminiscent of monsooned Indian coffees, recreating flavors from historical sailing ship voyages.
