Grown at 1730m elevation using Bourbon and Catuai varieties, the coffee undergoes a natural processing method with 72-80 hours of fermentation in bags followed by approximately 30 days of drying on African beds. The cup profile features notes of fermented forest fruits, dark rum, and ripe apricot, with a bright yet elegant acidity. Scored 85.75.
