Summary
Single origin coffee from Ethiopia's Sidamo region. Produced by a group of approximately 300 smallholder farmers from Shantawene village in Bombe municipality, Bensa. The cherries are processed at the Ayla-Testi coffee processing station using the natural method: ripe red cherries are sorted, soaked to remove floaters, then slowly dried on raised beds for 30 days, protected from direct sunlight. Cup profile shows full body, high acidity, and aromatic profile. Flavour notes of raspberry, apricot, and vanilla. Grade 1 classification. SCA score of 87.
