A washed Bourbon coffee from Einer Saldivar's farm El Cedro in Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 2,000 masl. This lot was harvested later in the season, offering a sweet, clean cup with notes of blackberry jam, fig, and molasses. The coffee was processed at Einer's wet mill, and the farm is organic certified. Ozone has supported improvements to the processing equipment in partnership with Origin Coffee Lab.
