Sourced from small local producers growing Anacafe 14, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and San Ramon varieties at altitudes between 1400 and 2000 meters. Naturally processed using raised beds for slow drying. Roasted medium for espresso, scoring 86.5 points in Q grading. Flavour profile includes vanilla, blackberry, and toffee with a full body, silky texture, medium acidity, and a long velvety finish.
