Sources is a rotating blend from Onyx Coffee Lab featuring coffees from Honduras, Colombia, and Kenya. The blend is washed processed and dried on raised beds. It offers a flavour profile of chocolate, caramelized sugars, citrus, golden raisin, and nutty notes. Roasted on a Diedrich CR-35, this coffee is designed for both filter and espresso preparation. It is a low-caffeine coffee with less than 25mg per 12oz cup, suitable for those sensitive to or abstaining from caffeine. Cup score of 86.5.
