Monarch Instant Coffee by Onyx Coffee Lab is a specialty soluble coffee blend made from Ethiopia Natural and Colombia washed coffees. Designed for a rich, decadent experience pairing well with milk, it is tailored for espresso but versatile for filter. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, molasses, red wine, and dried berries with a thick, syrupy body. The coffee undergoes washed processing, raised-bed drying, and is roasted on a Diedrich CR-70. It comes in a pack of six pre-portioned bags that dissolve instantly in hot or cold water. The cup score is 86.5 and it contains less than 25mg of caffeine per 12oz serving.
