Grown at 1,680 meters, this PB lot features the SL28 variety and is processed using the Dry Washed method (depulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, and dried on raised beds for approximately 15 days). Roasted to a moderate (medium) level, it offers flavor notes of grapefruit, crisp apple, cola, and raisin. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cupping score: 87.
