Summary
A washed Kenyan coffee from the Gichathaini station in Nyeri County, Kenya. This PB (peaberry) lot is a screen separation of small, round seeds lending a juicy profile. Grown at 1650 MASL. Varieties include SL28 and SL34. Processed using the dry washed method: depulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, and dried on raised beds for approximately 15 days. Flavour notes include grapefruit, raw sugar, rose hip, and apple with a vibrant citrus and juicy mouthfeel. Suitable for both filter and espresso extraction. Cup score of 86.5.
