This single-origin coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the highland community of Bookkisa in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. Grown at 2100 MASL with iron-rich soils and dense forest canopies, the coffee is naturally processed and dried on raised beds. It offers tasting notes of raspberry, white tea, and pink guava with a silky texture. Sourced in partnership with Sookoo Coffee (founded by Ture Waji and Assefa) and Osito Coffee. Roasted ultra light (Agtron #132) on a Typhoon Industrial roaster. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods. Cup score of 87.5.
