Summary
Mullugeta Muntasha's washed Ethiopian coffee from the Bursa region, grown at 2150 meters above sea level. This coffee offers flavour notes of watermelon, bergamot, pear cider, and Meyer lemon. Mullugeta Muntasha, a former truck driver, established the Dawencho drying station in 2021 and earned recognition at the Cup of Excellence, with four of the top 10 winners in 2022 coming from his lots. The coffee was processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds. It is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
