Summary
A single-origin coffee from the Bochesa washing station in the Arbegona highlands of Ethiopia's Bensa region, grown at 2,200-2,248 meters above sea level. Produced by approximately 600 smallholder farmers using an anaerobic natural process with 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation, followed by raised-bed drying for about 20 days. The cup profile features blueberry, mead, cranberry, and mango nectar notes with a light, ultra-light roast suitable for both filter and espresso extraction. Scored 87.5 points.
