Single-origin washed coffee from Finca Santa Rosa in the northern Chalatenango Mountains of El Salvador. Produced by Jorge Rivera, this Pacamara variety was grown at 1650 MASL and raised-bed dried. The light roast (Agtron #130) offers a flavor profile of fig, black tea, Concord grape, and milk chocolate. Suitable for both filter and espresso extraction. Cup score: 87.
