The coffee is decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. Varieties include SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11, grown at 1800 MASL with washed processing and raised-bed dried. Flavour notes include fresh lime, plum, sugar cane, and clove with a moderate roast level suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
