A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia, representing the work of over 50 producers from the La Serranía mountain range in the central cordillera of the Andes. Grown at 1750 meters elevation, this coffee features Castillo and Caturra varieties. Processed using washed method followed by Natural EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination, where sugar cane-derived ethyl acetate removes 99.7% of caffeine while preserving original flavors. Flavour profile includes caramel, red apple, vanilla, cream, berries, banana, and watermelon with soft acidity and a long aftertaste.
