A Gesha coffee from producer Diego Bermudez in Colombia, grown at 1950 MASL. This coffee undergoes a double fermentation thermal shock process with a mixed oxidation four-day fermentation, including sixty-hour tank fermentation and additional pressurized fermentation with inoculates, followed by raised-bed drying. The cup profile delivers intense sweetness of peach and mango with floral notes from the Gesha variety. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Cupping score of 88.
