Colombia Juan Jimenez Caturra is a single-origin coffee from second-generation producer Juan Jimenez's farm El Porvenir in the Palestina micro-region of Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1800 MASL, this Caturra variety coffee is washed processed and raised-bed dried. It features flavour notes of fresh lime, Honeycrisp apple, raw sugar, and star anise. Roasted to a light level (Agtron #128.5) on a Diedrich CR-35 roaster, it scored 86.5 on cupping. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
